• creating compelling pictures of our preferred future as BIGEN AFRICA within a transforming South African society
• generating proactive and practical suggestions for consideration on how we can influence our internal and external environment through small and large actions
• enhancing our sense of cohesion, pride, and alignment around a higher purpose
