  1. Structural engineering and building technology Our 20-year track record in building and civil structures underpins our capacity in structural engineering and building technology. We customise practical, efficient and cost-effective solutions to deal with any and all civil structural challenges, water treatment works, reservoirs and commercial buildings.

  2. Electrical transmission, distribution and reticulation We design, develop, upgrade and implement process-driven electrical systems across the entire infrastructure development spectrum.

  3. Water resource development and bulk water supply, distribution and purification Our extensive experience and expertise in water distribution and infrastructure services is the result of our involvement over many years in projects across South Africa and abroad. Many of these projects have contributed to job recreation and social upliftment in urban and rural communities. We also participate in inter-basin and water resource development projects to help mitigate the demands on South Africa’s scarce water resources and its deteriorating raw-water quality.

  4. Waste-water treatment, a significant core competence We design, develop, manage and deliver waste-water treatment solutions. Our bulk-water team has access to a wide network of professionals and experts and has participated in some of the largest and most challenging wastewater treatment projects in South Africa. The team has also delivered more than 40 treatment plants country-wide. Care is taken to develop appropriate and sustainable schemes that include training and capacity-building in rural areas to create jobs and improve quality of life.

  5. National, provincial and municipal roads We design, document, administer and commission roadworks and transportation systems through specialised services in:
    • Strategic and master-planning of rural, urban and metropolitan road systems;
    • Traffic and transportation studies and feasibility studies for road systems;
    • Bridge design and technical input for township layout planning;
    • Total cost analyses of proposals, including capital, operation and maintenance costs and the cost impact on users;

Our expertise in residential, commercial and industrial township developments include the development of more than 200 000 erven in townships across Southern Africa.
